Horizonal Development & Site Preparation

At Union Place Holdings, we believe in making a lasting impact on communities by building homes that address the need for affordable housing in urban areas. We specialize in constructing single-family homes, with a focus on missing middle housing, such as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), as well as workforce and multigenerational housing. Our team is dedicated to building homes that bring families together and foster a sense of community.
